Your Cupcakes

Our package includes 90 standard cupcakes which will serve about 60-70 guests. We recommend ordering your HEADCOUNT X 1.35 to figure out how many cupcakes to order. Industry-standard is to order 1.25 - 1.5 times your headcount, so we just say 1.35 as a good middle ground. Also, take into consideration what kind of crowd you're feeding and if you're serving other desserts as well. You can order less than 90 cupcakes, but our minimum order amount is still $625.

Cupcakes in addition to the package are $4.00 each. Flavored Simple Syrups can be added at no extra charge. Fillings are an additional 50 cents per cupcake. Design upgrades are available for an additional fee.

NEW! Liqueur-filled Pipettes are $1.50 per cupcake.

NEW!  Our cupcakes come in our new artisan tulip cupcake wrappers. You may choose white, chocolate brown, or both! We also now include sugar pearls and finishing sugars to give your cupcakes some added elegance. You will have the prettiest photo-ready cupcakes around!

6" Standard Buttercream Cutting Cake

Our package includes a standard 6" buttercream cutting cake in either a semi-naked, smooth or textured buttercream finish. This cake is not factored into your serving numbers since it only yields 12 servings. Instead, we bring a special cake box for you to take it with you to your hotel or honeymoon at the end of the night.

 

We are happy to customize your cake. Extra design work is charged according to time and materials.

Flowers are provided by the florist, but we can handle placing them on your cake. Please communicate your cake flower design to your florist so they can be sure to include them in your flower order.

*Consultation & Tasting Experience

In order to schedule a Consultation & Tasting Experience, you must first have your venue secured so that we can make sure we have availability on your wedding date.

​

Consultation & Tasting Experiences are $35 and typically last 45 minutes to an hour. The appointment includes a sample box of up to four cake flavors and six fillings & buttercreams of your choice. We always include our Vanilla Buttercream with your tasting box.! The $35 will be credited to your wedding cake order when you go to contract. 

At the appointment be prepared to discuss your wedding cake. Bring with you any cake pictures, Pinterest boards, color swatches, pictures of your dress, an invitation, textile swatches, pictures of flowers and anything personal or sentimental you'd like to incorporate into your cake design. Once a design is determined, you will receive a quote by email within 5 business days which includes the contract for you to review as well.

Printed Food Tent Cards

We provide computer-generated food tent cards on white card stock to label each cupcake flavor on your table display.

Complimentary Cake Stand

For orders placed on or after July 11, 2022, Love Cake now offers a variety of cake stands and cupcake displays that are available to use at no additional charge. We offer pedestal stands made to uphold wedding cakes exceeding 100 pounds! Visit our Rentals page to view our inventory!

If we do not have a cake stand that suits your needs, another option is renting one through your rental company. Some venues and even event planners have them in inventory, so be sure to ask them as well.

Complimentary Anniversary Cake

Anniversary cakes are included as part of your wedding cake package. You will receive a 6" buttercream cake, a special Love Cake design, with your choice of flavor and filling (exceptions may apply), which you can order FRESH for your one-year anniversary. Anniversary cakes must be ordered at least two weeks prior to the desired date of pickup and need to be ordered within one month past the anniversary date, at which time the offer is expired. Please complete our order form to begin the order process.

Delivery and Set-Up

Delivery and set up are included in our cupcakes and cutting cake package. We will style your cupcake table with cake stands and accessories you provide for us, or we can bring our white-washed triple platform cupcake stand that we offer for rent. Visit our Rentals Page for more information.

Deliveries that exceed 25 miles one way will be charged an additional fee according to mileage.  Customers are permitted to pick up and assemble their own cupcakes and cutting cake.
