Serving Sizes
I am often asked what my cakes look like on the inside because what is displayed on your guest's dessert plate is just as important as what is displayed on your cake table. My cakes are generally 5 - 6" tall, consist of four layers separated by filling and/or buttercream. A serving size is
1" x 2" x 5".
